David served in Organizational Management as a Chamber of Commerce President and CEO from 1981 to 2004. David is a 1989 graduate of the United States Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management at Boulder, Colorado. By invitation from the US Chamber, David has been a faculty member for over 15 years for the Institute program and teaches courses on Management, Leadership, Customer Service and Ethics for Non Profit Organizations and Associations at five universities nationwide. David was presented two "Hall of Fame" awards for Community and Economic Development and Tourism Promotion from the City of Palmdale and The City of Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism during his tenure as a Chamber of commerce President and CEO for 20 years

Chris Chammoun is the Division Director for the Rural Georgia Initiatives division at the Georgia Department of Economic Development (GDEcD). The division’s mission, led by Deputy Commissioner Amy Carter, is to help rural Georgia communities become more competitive for economic development projects and identify new strategies for attracting jobs and investment. Chammoun previously served as the Director of the Center of Innovation for Agribusiness, a program of the Georgia Department of Economic Development. The Center of Innovation for Agribusiness provided the technical industry expertise, collaborative research and partnerships to help the state’s #1 industry connect, compete and grow globally. Prior to joining GDEcD, Chammoun served as Director of Public Affairs for the Georgia Cotton Commission. Chammoun is a native of Adel, Georgia and received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Georgia. In 2010, he started his graduate studies at Texas A&M University where he completed his Master of Science in Agricultural Economics in 2012.

A Georgia native, Chris Clark is the President and CEO of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. He received his bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University and his master’s degree in public administration from Georgia College and State University. Prior to joining the Georgia Chamber, Chris served as Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and as Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Economic Development. Before his state service, he was the President of the Fayette County Development Authority and CEO of the Hawkinsville-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Leadership Georgia and has been consistently named one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s 100 most influential Georgians and one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s most influential Atlantans. He received GEDA’s Zell Miller Public Policy Leadership Award. Chris also serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Life Center, a Christian outreach program that provides food, clothing, financial assistance, and educational classes for those in need. Chris and his wife, Tiffany, and their son, Christian, live in Peachtree City and attend Dogwood Church.

In his role, Tom leads Georgia’s team focused on job creation and investment through locating new and expanding businesses, as well as growing small businesses. The Global Commerce team includes statewide and existing industry project teams, small business, and Georgia’s international representatives in 12 strategic global markets around the world. Since assuming the role of Deputy Commissioner in 2013, Mr. Croteau has led the Global Commerce team to locate nearly 1,700 projects that have created over $23 billion investment and nearly 127,000 new jobs for Georgia. Mr. Croteau joined GDEcD in 1996 and worked in a number of capacities within the agency, most recently as Division Director of Projects, Global Commerce. Prior to joining GDEcD, Mr. Croteau worked in the economic development divisions of MEAG Power (currently Electric Cities of Georgia) and the Metro Atlanta Chamber. He has also worked for Ernst & Young and the Florida Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Croteau holds a degree in Economics from Florida State University. He lives in Roswell with his wife Suzanne and their three children.

Molly, a Georgia native, serves as the Regional Manager for the Chamber’s Center for Rural Prosperity in Tifton, Georgia. She graduated cum laude from Valdosta State University where she obtained degrees in Criminal Justice and Spanish. In between working and finishing her undergraduate degree, she made it a point to obtain her cosmetology license. Currently, Molly is pursuing a Masters of Public Administration at Valdosta State University, where she will concentrate on public policy. She has previously worked in human services and law enforcement. Molly and her husband Sam live in Ocilla, Georgia with their chihuahua Peanut and attend Ocilla Baptist Church.

Scott is the principal of Oglethorpe Public Affairs. In that role he assists clients with their needs in the fields of government relations, public policy, public relations and strategic planning. For over ten years Scott has worked with a variety of clients from the business, non-profit, health care and government sectors. Prior to establishing Oglethorpe Public Affairs, Scott served for several years as a Vice President at the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce. Scott’s experience also includes government service having worked for both the United States Senate and the Georgia House of Representatives. Oglethorpe Public Affairs represents clients at the local, state and federal levels of government; assists with policy development; and focuses on understanding the needs of clients and finding how to achieve them via working with government, media and other organizations. A native of Atlanta, Scott has lived the past twenty years in Augusta, Georgia
