TEN is organizing its first Chinese New Year dinner to start the auspicious year of the Pig - we think it's about time to celebrate the new year with fellow entrepreneurs with a traditional tasty feast, Cantonese style!
Dinner is to be hosted at one of the best Chinese restaurants in town, operated by the HKU Alumni Association and conveniently located in Central.

粟米豆腐羹 - Corn & tofu soup
翡翠生魚卷 - Veggie fish roll
羗汁芥蘭 - Chinese kale in ginger soup

南乳炆粗齐 - Mixed vegetables braised in bean paste sauce
