About Bosch Automotive Technologies [map]
As a subsidiary of the Bosch Group, Bosch Automotive Technologies manufactures and markets automotive components for the automotive industry within the ASEAN region. The company was founded in 1996 and is based in Amata City Industrial Estate in Rayong, where mobility solutions in Powertrain Solutions, Chassis Systems Control and Electrical Drives components are manufactured. The sales office is located in Bangkok and is responsible for the acquisition of new business and customer projects and the strategical development of manufacturing and automotive research in ASEAN.
In 2017, Bosch Automotive Technologies' gasoline systems manufacturing plant at the Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate was formally opened. The new facility is highly automated with connected manufacturing technologies, adopting an Industry 4.0 concept. The manufacturing area consists of three parts: fuel injector lines; connector production; and knock sensor production. The factory is combined with a modern R&D Engineering Centre.
