This is a continuation of the course "Developing Clinical Quality Indicators and Dashboards". After having an understanding of the clinical data that need to be gathered and monitored, this course will train you the method and discipline how to audit and make sure that the quality indicators being measured are meeting your targets.
The course is designed to provide firsthand information on the basics of internal auditing, its principles, methodology and relevance to clinical outcome.
WHAT IS COVERED IN THE COURSE?
Various aspects of internal audit like understanding of auditing principles, knowledge of internal auditing process including planning, how to perform an internal audit, preparing audit findings, preparation of audit report and follow-up.
