    Aloysius Cheang is a cybersecurity enthusiast first and a senior business executive second. He has extensive experience in managing and delivering direct business values in strategic, complex multi-million dollar information technology (IT) program and business projects for Global 500 organizations worldwide. In his line of work, Aloysius has managed large multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team spread across 5 continents and 4 major time zones, many a time building up the business from scratch.
    Currently the Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific for the CSA, Aloysius is instrumental for the superlative expansion of CSA in Asia including China, Japan and Korea in East Asia to India in South Asia and Oceania countries in the Pacific, obtaining critical executive buy-in from both the private and public sectors. He is also influential in political and economic groups such as the ISO, INTERPOL, ITU-T, APCERP and ASEAN. In addition, he is responsible for the organization’s standardization efforts as the Chief Standards Officer. Prior to the CSA, Aloysius was the global Head of Security with one of the largest telecommunication company in the world and the Technology Practice Leader covering Asia and the Middle East for a leading management consulting firm. He holds B.Sc (Hons) and Masters in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and is an adjunct professor with a couple of universities.

    Prior to establishing Anzen Technologies, he worked with National Stock Exchange (NSE)as Head – IT Risk & Compliance & CISO. During his role at NSE, he built robust & successful organization wide security programs, including “Governance, Risk and Compliance” and Security Operations Center (SOC) by leveraging his strong Risk acumen and deep technical background in IT infrastructure.

    He has been a visionary and driving force in building NSE’s IT Risk Management strategic plan, roadmap, methodology, policies, organizational model, staffing, governance, and reporting from the ground up. Narayan has been an early adopter of cutting edge technologies and has been amongst the first ones in India to successfully implement technologies such as Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM), Anomaly Detection Systems etc. He conceptualized a strategic program to build a state of the art system to strengthen the organization’s Situational Awareness & Response capabilities against advanced threats.

    Narayan is a well-known speaker at various national and international conferences where he shares his passion, views & concerns on Cyber Security. He also publishes articles related to Cyber Security. He has been featured on national newspapers. He is on the advisory board of the Cyber Security Research Institute (UK) and member of several security forums. Narayan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. He also has many certifications to his credit such as CISA, ISO 27001 LA, SANS - GSEC, GCIH & GWEB.

Dr. Reddy is a member of National Cyber Crime Reference Handbook and the Project Architect of MSME CONNECT, both of which are joint initiatives by NCSSS and Ministry of MSME, Government of India. He is a high level committee member and a standard formation committee of the National Institute of Cyber Security and National Cyber Safety and Security Standards respectively. In addition, Dr. Reddy is the Summit Head of the National Cyber Safety and Security Standards Summit in 2014 and 2015. He is one of the founding members of Justice Mohan Children's University and Recruitment Analysis Council. Dr. Reddy graduated with a B. E. degree in Computer Science Engineering. He also has an MBA in Finance and a PhD in Knowledge Management.
