Mr. Vincent Digonnet served as the President of APAC at Razorfish LLC since January 2011. Mr. Digonnet oversaw operations and M&A in the region, particularly in Greater China, with an emphasis on driving growth and accelerating the strategic capabilities offered to clients at Razorfish. Mr. Digonnet served as Managing Director of Euro RSCG Singapore of Havas Worldwide, Inc. (Euro RSCG Worldwide, Inc.) since 1995. Mr. Digonnet served as Chief Executive Officer of Euro RSCG Singapore of Euro RSCG Worldwide, Inc. He developed a high level, online operational Marketing consultancy and Planning practice in Shanghai as well as a platform to manage CRM programs on mobile phones. Mr. Digonnet has 30 years of experience in the ad business, spanning Paris, London and Singapore. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Euro RSCG Asia Pacific until June 2005. In 1997, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Southeast Asia of Euro RSCG. He originally joined Euro RSCG in Paris in December 1991. He became Worldwide Account Director on the Air France account after playing a key role in winning the pitch. His international account expertise includes handling Air France communications on a worldwide basis, as well as AT&T and Master Food in Europe. During his 20 years in advertising, he has worked for DMB&B and Young & Rubicam in Paris and London, where he served as a Group Account Director and Member of the Board. He graduated from L'Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon and holds an MBA from York University in Toronto.

Amir Gal-Or is the founder and managing partner of the Infinity Group, a cross-border, innovation investment platform known for its strong roots in China, its vast, global network of technology and innovation, and its “China Outbound” initiative, which supports Chinese companies with an interest in international business. Infinity is backed by the China Development Bank, Clal Industries (Access Industries holds 49.9% of Clal. Access Industries is a leading industrial group with long-term holdings worldwide.) and the IDB Group.

Mr. Gal-Or has a stellar track record in identifying, leading and building growth companies and securing significant returns for fellow investors. The chairman of 14 locally owned Chinese companies and funds with cities throughout China, Mr. Gal-Or has led three IPOs, 12 M&A deals and eight alliances in the last few years. Infinity Group is also a controlling shareholder of Maayan Ventures, a publicly traded chain of technology incubators that Mr. Gal-Or founded. Infinity leverages its know-how, global network and experience to make sound investments in companies that show leadership in the Chinese market.

As part of this activity, it established the first IP Bank in China. IPB is a central location in China for banking and licensing proven intellectual property and advanced technology as well as commercialization of the same through hosting companies. The IP Bank is also a hub for financial as well as management support for Chinese companies with a global strategy.

Mr. Gal-Or is the only “non-Chinese” entrepreneur credited with establishing and leading 14 local Chinese funds as well as the novel IP Bank.

He earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of Harvard University's program in venture capital and private equity investments.

He is a former pilot in the Israeli Air Force and its acrobatic team, where he flew the F-16, the F-4 and the A-4.

Prior to Arbor Ventures, Wei was Managing Director and Head of Asia for Citi Ventures, Citigroup's strategic venture investing and innovation arm. She established the group in Asia to invest in financial technologies, payments, digital commerce, big data and security/authentication technologies. Her team also incubated new technology and business models at Citi to accelerate disruption from within.

Wei brings with her a unique set of experience and perspective in finance and technology spanning the Silicon Valley, China and Asia. Prior to joining Citi, she managed the China private equity practice at Winnington Capital. She also established the China office for Jefferies & Company and was a technology investment banker in the Silicon Valley with Jefferies and Goldman Sachs.

Wei has a BA in International Relations from Pomona College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She serves on the board of AngelVest, the largest angel investment group in Greater China. She is also the Vice Chairman of Women in Leadership in China.

Duane is a founding partner of Qiming. Duane has close to 20 years of IT industry operational and investment experience. Prior to founding Qiming, Duane was the Director of Intel Capital China. During his 6 year tenure at Intel Capital, Duane was in charge of all of Intel Capital's investment activities in China. Prior to Intel Capital, Duane spent over 5 years at Cisco Systems in China, holding various senior management positions in the sales and marketing organizations. Duane was instrumental in building up Cisco's presence in Southern China and later in the telecom and service provider sector. Before returning to China in 1994, Duane had a successful engineering and management career in both startup and large global companies in Silicon Valley. Duane started his career in 1988 as a software engineer at 3Com Corporation, and 3 years later joined Kalpana Inc, a Silicon Valley startup company later acquired by Cisco as an engineering manager. Duane was born in China and educated in America.

James Lu is a member of the Cooley Business department and practices out of the Shanghai office. Mr. Lu focuses his practice on China-related corporate and securities transactions including foreign direct investment, venture capital financing, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. He also has broad experience advising clients on complex cross-border commercial transactions involving unique structures and contractual arrangements designed to comply with legal requirements in multiple jurisdictions, including licensing, joint venture, manufacturing and distribution arrangements in the life sciences and high-tech industries in China. Mr. Lu is a frequent speaker in local and international conferences and has spoken extensively on topics relating to China's venture capital and capital market environment.

Prior to joining Cooley, Mr. Lu held product and marketing management positions in the life sciences industry and worked in the United States for organizations including the Eastman Kodak Company, Life Technologies Corporation and several start-ups. He specialized in commercialization and had over ten years of experience working with scientists and technology transfer professionals to transform ideas into successful products.

Mr. Lu received his JD, summa cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was elected valedictorian for his graduating class and a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was invited to join the San Diego Law Review and was the graduating recipient of the Outstanding Service Award for his work at the school's Entrepreneurship Clinic. Mr. Lu completed an MS degree in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign under a research fellowship. He attended the Gifted Class program at the University of Science and Technology of China, where he earned his BS degree. Mr. Lu is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.

Mr. Lu is a member of the State Bar of California and is registered to practice as a patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Chuan brings more than thirteen years of experience as a venture capitalist and international business executive to the firm. At Highland, Chuan is focusing on investments in consumer oriented technology sectors (new media, Internet, finance and telecom services) with a particular emphasis on emerging growth opportunities in China and Asia more broadly. Chuan serves on the board of NetentSec, and has co-led Highland's investments in Qihoo and UUSee.


Prior to joining Highland, Chuan was a Partner at JAFCO America Ventures, responsible for JAFCO’s venture investment operations on the east coast of the US. He divided his time between venture investments and Asia business development activities. During this period, Chuan contributed to the growth and success of Pirus Networks (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Crescent Networks (acquired by Marconi) and edocs (acquired by Siebel).

Earlier in his career, Chuan worked at the headquarters of JAFCO Group in Japan as an investment officer for its Global IT Investment Group. While at JAFCO Tokyo, Chuan worked on several telecom broadband and online service investments in China, Japan, and North America. He also helped JAFCO Group expand its investment activities into the global market and US-based portfolio companies such as Ciena and Nvidia establish international strategic partnerships in the Asia-Pacific market.
